The stories of Martin and Christina are told from slightly different points of view on a few different pages in this section. There is a page on Christina, plus a page on Martin, plus other pages with more about their families and where they came from. Their separate stories and their many years together are also referred to on yet other pages. It's hard to separate them out, especially once the Hellands, Jensens, and Reagans are all in the same place (Illinois) at the same time in the 1850s. You will find that different facts are focused on in the different sections, and there are different pictures.
