The older girl appears to be Mary Elizabeth. The younger girl is probably a family member, probably a daughter of one of her mother's sisters. This was a postcard picture, which was apparently the fashion in the early 1900s. If the older girl is Mary Elizabeth, she looks to be about 10, and that would make it about 1909, as she was born October 3, 1899.
