Alice Gilchrist Reagan's Autograph Book

This was apparently not entered in chronological order (there are lots of empty pages so people had a choice). It's hard to tell who wrote this - Charles Francis Reagan or his mother. Charles (called "Frank" at least later) was Alice Gilchrist Reagan's second child. He was born September 25, 1889, but why would he write his birth date? The next entry in the book is dated before he was born. The writing looks either childish (but educated in penmanship to some degree) or feeble. The handwriting at the very bottom looks different. It could be Alice's handwriting. This is what the entire entry says:

..............................Born Sept. 25th 1889

..............................Wednesday Leland Ia

This is the 10th entry in the Autograph Book.
